Booking process

To check the availability or to book your ride, please use our booking form.

We will contact you via e-mail shortly (within 24 hours) with the availability and instructions on how to pay the deposit, which is required to finish the booking. We will send you an e-mail to the address you have filled into the booking form, so please chceck the spelling of your e-mail address carefully.

We reply to every booking, so if you do not receive any response from us, there is probably some problem with your e-mail. In that case please try sending the booking again from another e-mail address.

Once we receive the deposit payment, we will issue a transfer voucher and e-mail it to you in a PDF format. Your transfer is confirmed then.

The PDF transfer voucher can be used as a proof of transportation for the purposes of the Schengen visa application.

Once you receive the transfer voucher, you do not need to re-confirm the booking. Our driver will pick you up at the place and time specified on the voucher even if no other passengers join your ride.

If you need to cancel your booking after it is confirmed, the cancellation policy applies.

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to book my ride?

We recommend booking your seats as soon as possible. The later you try to book them the lesser the probability there will still be seats available for you. The best is to book your seats at least one or two months in advance.

How do I pay the deposit?

Currently we support direct payments via credit/debit card (3D Secure interface) and PayPal, which allows you to pay using just your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Alternatively you can use the bank transfer.
